    MALZEMELER
    1 kg kuzu budu
    100 gr tereyağ
    1/2 kg pirinç
    2 adet domates
    250 gr soğan
    3-4 adet sivribiber
    su
    tuz

    HAZIRLANIŞI
    Soğanları sote yapar gibi kıyın. Domatesleri yuvarlak, sivribiberleri ince doğrayıp, eti dilimleyin. Pirinci sıcak suda ıslatıp, yıkayın. Daha sonra geniş bir kaba sırayla, soğanları, domatesleri, biberleri, eti ve pirinci yayın. Su ilave edip, üzerlerine bir tabak kapatın ve fırında 20-25 dakika pişirin.
